Abstract :
The optimal pricing decisions of a dual-channel supply chain is studied in this paper. The centralized pricing model and the decentralized pricing models where the manufacturer is a leader or the retailer is a leader are established. The analytic solutions are obtained for the corresponding models. At last, further analysis on the analytic solutions and some managerial insights are established by numerical method.
