Abstract :
The vehicle mounted terminal (VMT) is designed based on Intel Atom Z530 and TI MSP430F2350. According to the characteristics of “vehicle lane management”, an improved mode of entry-exit is presented based on VMT, by utilizing wireless base stations, double working frequencies, frequency hopping technology. On this basis, a mobile quarantine service system for land ports is built. In the situations of no physical vehicle lane, the system could reduce the links of quarantine and enhance entry-exit efficiency. Field testing results show that the system has good stability and reliability. At the same time, the identification rate of vehicle is greater than 99.55%, while the response time is less than 1s.
