  • Abstract
    With the development of 3G technology and the widespread popularity of Wi-Fi coverage, mobile stream media technology plays a key role in the utilization of mobile services nowadays. Moreover, the applications of mobile streaming media technology are closely related with the wireless network, thus a good stream media transmission and coding mechanism is very important. In this paper, we present a key-frame redundancy transmitting mechanism in streaming media transmission to relieve the network transmission congestion and diminish the bit error rate in the mobile streaming process.
