Abstract :
In this paper, an observer-based decentralized fuzzy controller design is presented for the stochastic stabilization of the discrete-time large-scale fuzzy systems with packet losses. Based on the large-scale Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy system, the fuzzy observer and controller are designed and the stochastic stability condition of the closed-loop system is derived in Lyapunov sense. Its sufficient conditions are formulated in terms of linear matrix inequalities. Finally, a numerical example is provided to verify the effectiveness of the proposed technique.
