  • Abstract
    With the constant improvement of resistant spot welding quality demands, the existing testing method can´t measure the needs of low cost, high efficiency of modern production. So it is necessary to build up a resistant spot welding quality evaluation system which based on process parameters. Designed a new current transducer and assorted signal processing circuit for resistant spot welding data acquisition system, it can complete the function of integral and amplify. The measured results indicate that the signal processing circuit meets the design requirements, thus, it provides a powerful tool for developing high performance welding and optimizing parameters in spot welding process.
