  • Abstract
    To the question that the transmission bandwidth is limited but requires to sign efficiently and safely, a new certificate less blind sign cryption scheme with partial message recovery is proposed in this article based on the exiting certificate less based blind sign cryption scheme and identify-based signature scheme with partial message recovery. This scheme can track KGC dishonest behavior. Adopted to shorten the total length of the message and its signature, and accomplish signature´s authentication and confidentiality within a reasonable step. As a result, in bandwidth constrained environments, it can complete the signature safely, efficiently and accurately.
