The Application Research of Mobile Agent to Distributed Simulation

Distributed Simulation technology based on HLA is a research hot point both at home and abroad. A distributed simulation architecture based on mobile agents is designed according to the general characteristics of existing distributed simulation architecture based on HLA in the paper. In the design, mobile agents with various functions are distributed over simulation nodes and federations to take on performances of RTI interface criterion in traditional HLA system and assist to implement simulation performance. Then, On the basis of that, a new message-oriented active communication mechanism which can ensure the communication among mobile agents reliably and efficiently is proposed.
