Abstract :
Delay tolerant network (DTN) is a common, store-and-forward overlay designed, message-oriented, reliable architecture for high latency, low data rate network model. Because of high latency and low data rate, the traditional network congestion algorithm can not apply to DTN. Then how to prolong system lifetime, improve fairness, and improve quality of service in terms of packet loss rate and throughput along with the packet delay is a hot research in DTN. In this paper, we proposes an advanced congestion mechanism based on distributed storage (ADSM) that can improve the performance of DTN congestion, and finally we will see the results by simulation.
