  • Abstract
    This paper proposed a sliding mode control approach for chaotic permanent magnet synchronous motor drive system. By using the sliding mode control technique and Lyapunov stability theory, a sliding manifold is introduced and a control law is constructed. Numerical simulations are done to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
