Abstract
High-power microsecond REBs have the using for plasma heating in solenoidal magnetic systems. In this connection the accelerators U-1, U-2 and U-3 have been designed and constructed at Institute of Nuclear Physics. These accelerators are based on high-voltage pulse generators of the voltage about 1 MV. The pulse generators of the U-1 and U-2 devices are the LC-type Fitch´s scheme. The high-voltage generator U-3 operates as a capacitor storage charged by a special cascade source. There was chosen an open-air designing variant of the generators with a multifilm insulation.
