Abstract
The main problems of CARM creation are: 1) formation of curvelinear high current REB with small spread of velocities and 2)effective methods of parasitic mode suppression. At high operating currents HF space charge effects become important. Due to calculations, the CARM with wave-length 1-2 mm at average power 1-10 MW is realizable.
