Abstract
The infrared thermography method allows visualization and measurement of microwave electromagnetic fields. Compared to local sensor, thermography uses special films of large dimensions, slightly heated by the EM field and therefore reveals the field frame on a 2D plane. Some recent advances of this method are presented, in particular on the film technology and measurement methodology. Examples are given in various application domains.
