Abstract :
It is important for EMC design of power conversion circuit to model EMI noise source. LECCS (Linear Equivalent Circuit and Current Source) model has been proposed for modeling EMI noise in an LSI (Large Scale Integration) on PCB. This paper studies the noise generating mechanism in a half bridge circuit and noise source modeling with equivalent internal impedance and equivalent internal current source.
