Abstract
In order to deal with the inherent complexity in cancer new computational models are being developed to aid both biological discovery and clinical medicine. The development of these in silico models is facilitated by rapidly advancing experimental and analytical tools that generate information-rich, high-throughput biological data. In this paper we propose the use of the scientific workflows for the integration of multilevel in silico models and we describe a technical infrastructure built on state of the art web technologies for the implementation of these workflows.
