Abstract
This paper elaborates a measurement system for monitoring and collecting life data of the performance of LED drivers during environmental accelerated life test. In this paper, we present the system design including hardware characteristics and software frame. In addition, we demonstrate the measurement system´s performance by designing, conducting and analyzing an environmental accelerated life test scheme involving thermal cycling.
