Abstract :
This paper proposes a new output control scheme for stand-alone wind generators. The scheme is aiming at efficient wind power conversion especially in weak wind condition. To evaluate the performance of the proposed scheme, simulation studies have been carried out by using MATLAB/Simulink. Simulation results show stable behavior of the proposed power control system in weak wind condition (low wind speed).
