  • Abstract
On the basis of character of high-power density and low-volume motor, this paper presents a new design proposal, using the evaporation-cooling technology. In this paper, the detailed design of the cooling structure of the motor is described. Meanwhile, the constructions of the electromagnetic structural model of the motor and computerized simulation are introduced, and the key points of the rotor and stator structures are discussed. The final result shows that the power density of the motor is increased significantly, while the volume and the weight are reduced greatly, and the new proposal has important guidance to the design of high-power density and low-volume motor in the future.
