Abstract :
Linear motor is an electrical transmission that directly converts electrical energy to linear motion mechanical energy without any intermediate conversion mechanism, has the characteristics of simple structure, easy maintenance, high reliability and so on. Due to manufacturing costs more research focus on shout primary single sided linear motor, while study about long primary double sided linear motor is less. Long primary double sided linear motor presents inimitable advantage on some special occasions, has important applications in military, aviation, spaceflight and other fields. The aim to this paper is to make research on secondary of long primary double sided linear motor. According to the electromagnetic field numerical calculation method, this paper analyzes the impact of sub-gate structure and different materials to the influence of the motor thrust line, and provides a theoretical basis for the thrust of the motor and the energy density, and improve performance.
