  • Abstract
In order to solve the cooling problem of component in the electric and electronic equipment under special situation, this article discusses detail the application of the evaporative cooling technology in a set of convertor equipment, and gives the performance principle, implement method and experiment data. By debugging and running on spot, it shows that the cooling efficiency of the whole equipment is good, and it can satisfy the need of special conditions. So this paper offers an efficient cooling means of high-power module and it has applied and popularized value.
