Abstract
This paper has designed a vector control system of Direct-drive permanent magnet synchronous machine. A high accuracy feedback solution was used in this system, the hardware structure and software process of the feedback solution was introduced in this paper. And a simple and practicable Dead-time compensation method to improve the performance of the Direct-Drive was studied. Finally, a 5.5kW Direct-drive permanent magnet synchronous machine system was found and the experimental results of the system are given. The experimental results show that the design principle is correct, and the researched method is effective and the control performance can meet the system´s requirements.
