Abstract :
A brushless DC motor (BLDC) based on new type electromagnetic position sensor using the principle of electromagnetic induction is proposed in this paper. This position sensor is environmental adaptability, firm, durable and of high reliability. In this paper, the operating principle of the position sensor is described, the relation of the design parameters of the sensor is derived, and the simulating curve of the sensor output performance is provided, then the structure and prototype test results of the BLDC motor control system based on new type electromagnetic sensor are given at last.
