Abstract
Current deadlock of education requires a new vision of the teaching resources and means. Increasingly important amount of material resources including software tools require integration into the training tools. These should reconsider the role of the teacher and ways of dealing with school purpose. This paper suggests a new training structure itself interdisciplinary with auto-adapting features for the instructor or for the team of instructors. They are assisted by students with permanently measured/assessed needs; thus, they succeed to provide them an additional and improved training system. The scheme with features of auto-adaptive system was implemented and partially assessed. The concluding remarks emphasize that the main effects are a practice-led structure, a good valuation of the real level of students´ progress, a fair and responsible involvement of students in their own becoming within the limits of their individual resources.
