Abstract :
Experimental results on electron beam propagation in very low density air are not correctly described by conventional beam chemistry calculations, which assume the beam energy is deposited locally and instantaneously, and that plasma currents can be calculated from Ohm´s 1awe The model described below is an attempt to alleviate these major deficiencies.
