Abstract :
This information is concerned with experimental studies of the collective high-current ion beam-plasma interaction, the plasma being created by beam propagation in a gas target in a longitudinal magnetic field. The ion beam was formed in the plasma being situated in a magnetic cusp-field by applying the accelerating voltage from a section of the linear induction accelerator.
