Abstract :
This article contains a review of technical literature relating the definitions, characteristics, operations, security management, service governance, and development trends of cloud computing. The advantages and disadvantages of cloud computing are respectively described to represent the impacts of cloud computing in various fields. The article also explains the structure of clouds in service-oriented architectures and summarizes six major development trends, which can be utilized as a reference for entrepreneurs and researchers.
