  • Abstract
Nuclear proliferation is a major national security concern for many countries, especially to the United States. With more understanding and availability of nuclear technologies, and increasing persuasion of nuclear technologies by several new countries, it is increasingly becoming important to monitor the nuclear proliferation activities. For the past three years, we have been developing data mining algorithms to semantically annotate nuclear facilities and identify changes in man made structures using very high resolution images. In this paper, we summarize the recent progress and allude the audience to new opportunities.
