Research on Model and Application of Operation Process Control in Container Terminal

According to the experience of the production line management at the container terminal, research has been done on the control model which concerns about the process of the container terminal production. This research is based on the traditional systematic control theory, combining the actual business activities of container terminal production management. after analyzing the four principles of the container terminal operation schedule, and the four core content of the operation control, the means of operation adjustments and plans to revise are given. the establishment of the control model can provide new thought of strengthening the process management and theoretical reference and guidance of improving the management for container terminal production management.
