  • Abstract
    The excessive growth of algae is the main reason for water blooms, how to detect the algae concentration is an important task right now. Based on the characteristics of algae chlorophyll-a fluorescence spectra, it designs a detection device of algae concentration, analyzes the basic theory of detection method, explains the structure of this detection and test process. by the experiments and data analysis, the results show that this detection has the feature of convenient and useful. the precision is 0.1μg/L. Algae concentration and fluorescence ratio come into linear relationship obviously. the linear correlation coefficient is 0.9987. by using division circuit, the relationship between excitation and fluorescence ratio gets better.
