Abstract :
This paper analyzes the problems of load balance caused by data access in parallel file system, and then proposes an Adaptive Loading Data Migration (ALDM) strategy to balance the load of data server. Experiment result shows that ALDM has little impact on system performance during data migration process, and the performance improves about 10 percent after data migration completed. What´s more, ALDM also has good adaptability to variety loads in different storage systems.
