Abstract
This paper presents the strategies being employed at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology to develop skills in leadership and communication. The focus is on the components of the Leadership Advancement Program, comprised of a Leadership Academy, Crisis Simulation, Case Study Competition, Speakers Series, and Workshops. Particular attention is paid to communication activities that can help students to strengthen their communication abilities outside of the classroom.
