Abstract :
This article deals with case study of embedded system development for emergency situations in automated manufacturing. The design of embedded control approach of fully autonomous system is discussed and tested. The automated control approach of wooden briquettes production line is designed, using 600 kPa pneumatic control system and Mitsubishi Alpha controller. Production line automation possibilities based on the programmable controller, as good as "SolidWorks" design environment are also discussed in the article.
