Abstract :
This study presents a low-power wireless sensors system, which is based on a modular design approach for online monitoring the vibration signal of industrial equipment and the temperature and humidity of working environment. The system uses Low-power microcontroller MSP430 as the control unit, and uses the highly integrated modular device to collect the needed signal. A simple and efficient underlying protocol which is designed to meet the low power requirements of the system and ensure the accuracy of data transmission, and reduce operating frequency of the system by reducing the data redundancy. Under different operating conditions, the node is designed to meet performance requirements by selecting different working modes and power management modes, and greatly reduce the system power consumption.
