Abstract :
Simultaneous sampling for power quality, uneven time interval or sampling period is not synchronized with the signal period, the measurement error problem. Proposed a predictive synchronous sampling method, the method based on the factors that affect the frequency in the history of power quality data and the corresponding frequency, the establishment of the SVM (support vector machine) model, that is non-linear transformation mapping the influencing factors and the frequency for high dimensional feature space, linear classification function, to predict the power frequency, the sampling system and through the CPLD and high-speed AD sampling frequency synchronization adjustment, completion of the predictive synchronous sampling.
