Abstract :
In this paper, we present our preliminary implementation of a market-based agent-mediated resource control framework for dynamic electric power allocation. Although market-based approach is promising in the researches for effective resource allocation and control on smart girds, its effective and flexible implementation is crucial. In this paper, we present a prototyping environment to utilize both market-based approaches (e.g., auctions) and multiagent-based approaches (e.g., ACL-based complex communications) for controlling middle-scale smart grids. We discuss about a possible performance based on our preliminary implementations and further issues to be resolved.
