Abstract
In this paper new approach for weather radar signal analysis and dangerous meteorological zones detection is introduced. It is based on time-frequency LSS decomposition (least square spline) that is rather stable to noise and requires less input data. In order to provide reliable information about the object location and its intensity, the confidence intervals calculation is fulfilled.
