Abstract :
Metabolic pathways has been worked out in detail and has been an indispensable tool in biochemistry. Today the metabolic pathway is available in the digital form with far greater details but it is still a static entity. Unlike an electronic circuit, the conventional pathway does not offer the rates or fluxes and we propose a model, somewhat similar to an electronic circuit, that can provide some additional information related to the dynamics. Although there are several important distinctions, we believe that our approach is somewhat superior to the tools currently available.
