Abstract
The goal of this paper is to present a computational tool for managing data from a measurement plan of power quality parameters. The developed software, named SIGEE, includes calculation of indicators of power quality for electrical grid diagnosis purposes, the assembling of graphics of measured quantities, and the signaling by color of the violated parameters. The development of measurement management SIGEE had as motivation the power networks evolution with respect to the introduction of smart metering devices, which allow consumers to track their energy consumption and the quality of the power supplied. Java Platform Standard Edition and MySQL technologies were used to build the tool. Measured data collected from fifteen energy distribution transformers of Federal University of Ceará were used. As a result, it was observed the tool integration viability with a database for the collected measurement treatment, the collected data presentation in .xml format file, indicators´ calculation and graphics presentation for assessment of the installation´s power quality and energy efficiency.
