Abstract :
The null or equivalent of the transistor (MOSFET) with its second-order effects consideration is presented in this article. It can be used to perform symbolic small-signal analysis for various amplifiers. to obtain the simplified expressions of the transfer functions of amplifiers, only the dominant parasitic elements are considered in the analysis. the analyzed results are consistent with the analyzed results derive from the generic method using controlled sources models. the proposed approach provides the alternative of small-signal circuit analysis.
