J-STSP call for special issue proposals

J-STSP only publishes special issues related to specific Call for Papers. The calls as well as the procedure for submitting a J-STSP Special Issue proposal are detailed in the J-STSP website (http://www.signalprocessingsociety.org/publications/periodicals/jstsp/). Proposal files should be submitted by e-mail to the J-STSP EIC, Fernando Pereira, fp@lx.it.pt, at any time. Once the J-STSP EIC has agreed that the proposal is complete, the acceptance/rejection will be made based on reviews conducted by the J-STSP Senior Editorial Board, usually in about 3 weeks.
