Abstract
In this paper, handheld hardware and utility design point view should be considering Radio power control for SAR problems. The authors use proximity sensor to detect when portable and electronic device is in close proximity to a human body. Tablets have higher radiation for users than laptops since antenna is closer to user. The authors use IR (light), temperature and capacitor combo type of proximity sensor with RF power control utility to adjust radio frequency signal transmit power levels.
