Abstract :
In solar photovoltaic power generation systems, photovoltaic panels take a large amount of cost, if improve the use of photovoltaic battery and transform the solar battery plate absorption power into alternating current for use by the user as much as possible, will save a lot of money. Based on the equivalent circuit of solar cells, this paper analyzed the characteristic curve of solar cells through the mathematical model of them. Through comparing the advantages and disadvantages of several kinds of commonly used maximum power point tracking modes, a kind of disturbance observer method based on the four-corner detecting module to delay opening and closing has been put forward.
