  • Abstract
    We present here results of spectral (UV-Vis, PL), morphological (XRD, SEM) and voltammetric (I-V) characterizations of electrochemically deposited nanostructured ZnO layers at transparent ITO electrodes. For the first time the deposition was run in a presence of tetraalkylam-monium hydroxides (TAAHs) as organic templates for comparison with the known one dye eosin Y. We find that the spectral and electrophysical properties of the ZnO layers synthesized when using the both types of the templates are quite similar that suggests applicability of TAAHs for the synthesis of nanostructured ZnO.
