Abstract :
The members of the all-female engineering club at Granby High School in Norfolk, Virginia, presented the outcome of the Marine Advanced Technology International Competition, in which they demonstrated their remote control water vehicle, to IEEE members in November 2014. While the girls placed 27th in the Ranger class, the rankings are secondary to the team having made it to the Michiganbased event in the first place.
