Abstract :
Most existing museum digital navigation systems either lack a visitor recommendation mechanism or only have recommended navigation routes that lack any consideration of the needs and interests of individual users. Therefore, the navigation routes and timeframes are often inflexible, and such systems cannot recommend suitable exhibits and tour routes according to the users´ backgrounds and needs. This paper proposed a location-aware mobile navigation system that integrates recommendation mechanism based on the localization information. In addition to providing clear navigation suggestions according to the needs of the user, the system could analyze the location and time of the users and attempt to determine the potential interests of the users before actively recommending suitable navigation routes and timeframes through the use of hybrid filtering, thus realizing personalized and diversified navigation.
