Abstract :
In order to improve the recognition rate, mathematical morphology is introduced to the image preprocessing of Screen Coding recognition. By choosing appropriate structuring elements, boundary extraction and filtering are easy to achieve, and then by use of Hough transform, slant correction will be finished successfully. By use of dilation operation, information bit is amplified, thus eliminating the influence of deformation of the sample. Mathematical morphology is introduced to improve the accuracy and efficiency of recognition rate. The decoding results verify that the method is effectiveness and it can be used in the process of recognition algorithm.
