Abstract
The choice of a cloud computing vendor is really difficult because there are thousands of options and there are some key factors to consider in terms of characteristics of the service, general terms and conditions of service and service levels that providers ensure. Besides providers offer heterogeneous resources and technology described according to their own metrics or properties which can change form one provider to another. In this paper, a model to broker the most appropriate cloud provider is proposed.
