Abstract :
A high frequency high-voltage DC power supply based on the parallel resonant technology and the phase shift control technology is designed. The working principle and the circuit parameters are given. The working conditions and the output waveforms of each moment in the phase shift process are introduced in detail. The feedback signal of the output voltage is used for close-loop control, and the digital PI algorithm is adopted in order to make the output voltage more stable. Computer control software is developed as the remote controller, which can monitor and control the power supply in real-time. The experimental results show that the output voltage can be regulated accurately.
