Abstract :
The paper presents a service community model for services management across management domains. The communities´ construction & synchronization mechanisms and a distributed access protocol for secure service communication are discussed with focus. Besides functionalities, flexibility, scalability and security are of major concern in the presented work. An integrated service management scenario from the application domain of Public Security is used for problem analysis and result evaluation.
