Abstract
Previous research on transformational leadership has focused mainly on replicating the augmentation effects of transformational leadership on organizational innovation; however, relatively few studies have systematically examined the impact of transformational leadership on followers´ innovative behavior. This study extends the literature related to transformational leadership and innovative behavior and reveals dark side of group setting work environment and collectivism culture on individual innovative behavior. Our research proposes moderating influences of collectivist culture and subjective norm toward knowledge sharing and mediating impact of knowledge sharing behavior together on the relationship of transformational leadership to subordinates´ innovative behavior. Moreover, for the purpose of this research, individual´s innovative behavior which is affected by work group in the collectivism culture has been called as “homogenous innovative behavior”. In order to maintain the accuracy of data sample, result will be released in the near future.
