Abstract :
This paper is dedicated to the control of hybrid storage system composed by batteries and ultracapacitors. More precisely, the strategy for control is achieved by using a PWM-based sliding mode voltage and current controller. The goal is to improve the efficiency and stability of the used converters. Simulation results, obtained by using Scilab/Modelica, are given in order to highlight the relevance of the proposed approach.
